Import Duties (U.S. Orders)

No surprises: we cover all U.S. import duties, so the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

Shipping Address
Please double-check your address at checkout. We ship to the address exactly as entered. To change it, email rachel@fromrachel.com before your order ships.
If a parcel is delivered to an incorrectly entered address, we can't refund or replace it. If it's returned to us, we'll contact you to reship it at your cost.

Delivery Issues
Can’t find your parcel? The courier may have left it in a safe spot at or near your address. If it doesn't turn up, check nearby pickup points or contact us. Although we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we're happy to help request a trace or investigation with the carrier and will help in every way we can.
If a parcel can't be delivered for reasons outside our control (like an incorrect address, a parcel not picked up from a pickup point, or repeated missed delivery attempts) and isn't claimed within the holding period, we're unable to refund the order, shipping or fees, or cover reshipment.

Tip: Keep an eye on your tracking updates and contact the courier right away if anything looks off.

How long does shipping take in Canada?
1–3 business days in urban Quebec, and 3–8 business days for remote Quebec and the rest of Canada.

How much is shipping within Canada?
C$8.50 for orders under C$85. Orders of C$85 or more ship free.

How long does shipping to the U.S. take, and what does it cost?
6–10 business days. Shipping is US$20 for orders under US$175 and free for orders of US$175 or more. *We are not responsible for delays caused by U.S. customs.

Do I pay customs or import duties on U.S. orders?
No. Rachel covers all import duties. The price at checkout is final.
