Returns and refunds

We want you to love every new Rachel piece in your wardrobe. If it’s not quite right, we're here to make returns simple! Please read through our policy to help us make this process smooth and effortless for you.

Special Note on Tights

Our 20D and 30D sheer tights are crafted with care and known for their high quality, but they’re still delicate and need extra care. If they happen to snag or get damaged on the first wear, please reach out to our team—we’re committed to making sure you’re happy with your purchase and will work with you to find a solution.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Return requests should be made within 30 days of your order’s shipment date.  
  • Items need to be in their original condition—unworn and unwashed.
  • For all apparel, original hang tags must be attached to qualify for return. 
  • Tights need to be in sealed, original packaging with identification cards, and should not be tried on for hygiene reasons.  
  • Under Shorts need to be in sealed, original packaging with identification cards, and should not be tried on for hygiene reasons.  
  • Swimwear bottoms and one-piece swimsuits can be returned only if the hygienic protection is still intact.

Non-Returnable Items 

  • FINAL SALE items (70% discount or more) cannot be returned.  
  • Items worn, washed or without the original packaging are non-returnable.
  • Panties are non-returnable.  

Refund Process

To return an item: Verify that your item is eligible for return. If it is, fill in this short form and we will quickly send you a return label to print. Drop off your parcel within 15 days. If we do not receive it within this time, the return will be canceled.

Please note that because of the Canada Post strike, delays in returns will be waived accordingly.

To exchange an item: Although we don't offer direct exchanges, we're happy to refund your initial order so you can reorder the size or style that's right for you. Simply return your item, and place a new order. 

* If we make an error in your order, rest assured that we will correct it at no extra charge.

Return Fees  

  • Canada: CAD$8  
  • United States: USD$15  

Unclaimed Orders or Address Errors  

If your package is sent to the wrong address due to an address error, we cannot reship it free of charge. If the address exists, please check with the occupants, as they may have received your package.

If the package returns to our warehouse, we’ll gladly issue a refund.

Please ensure the address provided is correct and track your shipment using the link provided.

Orders that remain unclaimed after 30 days will be canceled without refund or exchange.
